Trouble Shooting Tips

Part 1: Why are your Health Evaluation score numbers not going down?

These are the top 4 questions to ask.

1. Which supplements are you taking?

2. How much of each of these supplements are you taking?

3. Are you taking these supplements consistently every day?

4. Have you completely stopped eating The 12 Bad Foods?

Part 2: Additional troubleshooting

  • If you experience diarrhea: the solution is to cut back on your dosage to 1/2 of what you are currently taking, and after a couple of weeks, slowly increase back to a full dose. Sometimes the body may not be used to such concentrated nutrition and has to adjust.
  • If you experience constipation: increase magnesium with additional products that include  Cal Toddy or Osteo Mag.
  • If you have severe digestive issues: with digestive issues and sensitivity issues, Dr. Wallach recommends starting with a half dose of the BTT or Classic or Osteo-FX.  Build up slowly over several weeks to the correct dose for body weight. You can also add digestion specific add-on products like Ultimate Digestive Enzymes and/or Root Beer Belly digestive packets.
  • If you feel tired after taking the products: this is many times a sign your body is having trouble processing the nutrients and delivering energy to the cells. Many times this is an indicator of a blood sugar issue and the need for additional chromium and vanadium, which can be found in the product Sweet-Eze.
  • If you have allergies: the first step is cleaning up the diet by eliminating The 12 Bad Foods. It is also important to adopt a gluten-free, oat free, low carbohydrate, and non-high-fiber diet for those who have serious absorption issues. Carbohydrates and sugars can feed the bad bacteria that may exist in the intestinal tract.
  • If you have citrus allergies: according to Dr. Wallach, many times this is linked to thin cell membranes from an essential fatty acid deficiency.  He recommends 6 -12 EFA’s a day based on budget.  A solution is the BTT Tablets accompanied by the Ultimate Mineral Capsules.
  • Skin Allergies: In addition to digestive support, Dr. Wallach recommends  Cell Shield RTQ,  Selenium, and Imortalium.
  • Seasonal Allergies: The basics are still digestion, with the addition of  Cell Shield RTQ,  and Imortalium, as both these products contain herbs renowned for their antihistamine support properties.
  • Signs of Food Allergies: Signs can include sudden blood pressure spikes after eating or drinking and dark circles under the eyes. Signs of severe food allergies can include problems breathing and extreme inflammation.
  • Signs of Milk/Dairy Allergies: commons signs include chronic ear infections, swelling, and breathing issues.
