The 90 Essential Recipe
1 Cap of Beyond Osteo Fx, 2 scoops of BTT & 3 EFA Plus soft gels
- The Osteo Fx can be mixed with your Beyond Tangy Tangerine
- Mix the Beyond Tangy Tangerine with at least 16-20 oz of Water
- Make sure to refrigerate the liquid Osteo-Fx and shake well before each use
- Those with sleeping disorders, may consider taking your Osteo-fx before bed
- EFA Plus: 3 capsules completes the 90 essential nutrients with the Omega 3-6-9.
Guidelines for Recommended Ad-on Products
- Sweet-Eze: Take 2-4 on an empty stomach 15-30 min. before each meal. The reason the Sweet-Eze works best when taken 15-30 min. before meals is because they get the chance to dissolve and get absorbed which helps to open up the insulin receptors before blood sugar rises.
- Flora Fx / Root Beer Belly: Take Flora Fx on an empty stomach such as before bed or at least 45 minutes before a meal. Root Beer Belly can be taken in between meals or before bed.
- Enzymes: Should be taken 5-10 minutes before meals.
- Gluco Gel : Take 8 a day with food for maintenance and 16 a day for therapeutic dosing
